We offer services to buy and sell digital assets, as described on the xChange website. Our exchange rates are set automatically and displayed on the website. We reserve the right to change the rates at any time and will notify users by posting updates on the website.

6. Using the Service

• You can place Orders through the user interface on our website.
• We process your Orders in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Anti-Money Laundering Policy.
• Once an Order is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Order Processing and Timeframes

• We aim to process your Order within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
• If we haven't received your payment within 1 hour of placing your Order, we may automatically cancel it.
• If your payment is delayed or there are issues with your digital assets, we may delay processing your Order and return the funds to you.
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

• If you cancel after processing begins, you may be subject to fees.
• Refunds may take up to 24 hours to process and may incur fees.
